The holiday season is always a special time, but at ABS, it’s about more than just a break from the grind—it’s about coming together as a family. This year’s Christmas party was a heartfelt reminder that whether our team members are behind a desk in the office or out on-site in the field, we are all part of the same pulse.
Bridging the Gap: Office Meets Field
In many industries, there’s a visible line between the office staff and the field crews. At our holiday bash, that line didn't exist. It was a joy to see:
Project Managers and Field Technicians swapping stories over dinner.
Our Admin Team and Site Foremen teaming up for the annual piñata and the raffles .
New Hires and Veterans finding common ground outside of blueprints and spreadsheets.
We firmly believe that our strength lies in our unity. There is a unique bond when the office staff who plan our developments and the crews on the jobsite who bring them to life sit down at the same table. It reminds us that whether we’re managing a budget or a build site, we are one team with one goal.
More Than Just Coworkers
A "company culture" is easy to write about in a handbook, but it’s harder to build in reality. We don't just see our employees as headcount; we see them as the backbone of our extended family.
